We move fast! Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time depends on where you are & the carrier, so delivery dates are estimates. Rural addresses may take a little longer. 

Yes, if you let us know within 24 hours at help@minglemocktails.com. We pack & ship fast to get your Mingle to you ASAP, so the sooner we hear from you, the better. After 24 hours, or once your order is on its way, it can't be changed or cancelled.

We're so sorry! Email help@minglemocktails.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number & photos of the product, the box, and the shipping label. Once approved, we'll send a free replacement, or a refund if that item is out of stock. 

Start with your tracking link. If your package is lost in transit, email us & we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If tracking says it was delivered, please reach out to the carrier directly, since we can't cover loss or theft after delivery.

If a package comes back because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping charge, or refund the product value minus original shipping. If you refuse a delivery, you're responsible for return shipping fees. Our advice? Accept the package & email us if anything's off. 

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Still don't see it after 15 business days? Email us & we'll look into it.

We don't offer exchanges, but there's always room to try something new! Just place a new order. Subscribers can swap flavors anytime in their subscription portal.
