Meet Laura

I am the first to admit, I’m not a wizard in the kitchen when it comes to cooking. My two sisters may have my Mom’s great cooking genes, but I know how to make a fabulous mocktail with gorgeous garnishes.

The key is using cool skewers with seasonal fresh fruits and herbs to elevate your mocktails to new heights. People will think you spent hours in the kitchen when all it takes is a few minutes of food prep. Always keep limes on hand, but rotate in seasonal fruits like cranberries and blood oranges for the fall and winter months.

My favorite garnish only takes 2 ingredients: rosemary sprigs and cranberries. Simply strip part of a rosemary sprig and spear 4-5 cranberries to make a sophisticated garnish for any fall mocktail or cocktail. Your guests will be delighted with this festive beverage and thank you for your masterful bartending skills!

I love getting my girlfriends together for any reason, and our book club gives me an opportunity to share Mingle Mocktails and Cocktails with some nice appetizers to relax, catch up with old friends, meet new ones and, oh, discuss a book! The best part of book club is that social connection which is something we all crave… feeling like we’re connected with the people we’re with. Now, with a Mingle Moscow Mule or Cranberry Cosmo, all the gals have something light, crisp and fun to sip without or with alcohol to make sure everyone feels like they’re all part of the club!
